Suicide: the aftermath for family and friends (Part 2 of 2)

November 16, 2018
In the devastating fallout from suicide, not much attention is given to "the family members, the friends that are left behind. I think it's a topic that is rarely discussed and rarely addressed," said Cheryl, a guest on Respect Life Radio. In recollecting the responses of friends — following the suicide of her husband — she described five different approaches: Shame, Blame, Fame, Same and Aim.

This is Part two of a two-part program on the subject of suicide. The first episode featured therapist Elizabeth Higbie, LCSW, of St. Raphael Counseling.
